Dehumidifiers won\u2019t collect water if the air is already dry.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Check the Settings<\/strong><br \/>\nEnsure the unit is set to a humidity level lower than the current room humidity.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Clean the Filter and Coils<\/strong><br \/>\nDirty filters or coils can block airflow and reduce performance. Clean gently with a damp cloth or replace filters and gently vacuum the coils if they are dusty.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Check the Bucket or Float Switch<br \/>\n<\/strong> If the water bucket is full or not seated correctly, the unit may shut off.
